FTE: 1 (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Call: NoEDUCATION:
Appropriate Degree required from accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ProgramEXPERIENCE:
1 year of clinical experience specific to practice as a NP or PA required
Must be able to see all ages, newborn to adult.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: REQUIRED
BLS (CPR) - American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current PA or NP licensure in the State of NC
DEA License ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Communicates professionally, compassionately and effectively with patients, co-workers and referring physicians.

Provides appropriate patient assessment and establishes evidence-based plan of care with physician input when deemed to be appropriate.

EDUCATION:Bachelors, Required
Masters, Preferred
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Physician Assisting required.
EXPERIENCE:1 year, Preferred
1 year of practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIRED
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
Current PA or NP licensure in the State of NC required.
DEA License required.
