Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP/Director, Underwriting, Real
Estate Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite and execute new loan opportunities in a high-volume
lending environment
Evaluate financing requests and conduct diligence and underwriting
on new loan opportunities
Facilitate loan closings and maintain strong working relationships
with prospective borrowers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
7+ years of experience in underwriting and managing credit risk
within Commercial Real Estate and/or Lending
Highly motivated and able to thrive in a small-team environment
Extensive knowledge of Excel, Argus, CoStar, and REIS
Strong organizational and time management skills
