Position: HR Administrative Assistant
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Job Description: This position will be to support the human
resources department of a local manufacturing company. This will
include data entry, filing documents, handling confidential
information and receptionist duties such as answering phones,
taking messages, signing in visitors and any additional office
tasks.
Requirements:
-At leaset 1-3 years of previous administrative experience
-Efficient with Microsoft Excel & Word
-Must have previous Human Resources experience
-Must have an Associate?s or Bachelor's degree
-Knowledge of timekeeping systems such as Kronos
