Position Overview:
As a Production Engineer at our company, you'll play a crucial role
in bridging the gap between engineering design and practical
production needs. You'll be instrumental in deciphering intricate
data from our factory floor, navigating technical drawings and
bills of material, and transforming these insights into actionable
instructions and redline recommendations. Your daily collaboration
with production shop personnel, Quality Assurance inspectors, and
customer resident inspectors will ensure the seamless execution of
production orders and the alignment of design specifications with
manufacturing realities. Success in this role hinges on your
attention to detail, ownership of tasks within a team environment,
and your proactive approach to problem-solving. By leveraging a
growth mindset, you'll contribute directly to our mission of
operational excellence, positioning Siemens as a leader on the
Fortune World's Most Admired Companies list. Travel will be
required to Sacramento, CA for several weeks of training on
products and processes that will be used in the new production
environment in Lexington.

salary range for this position in Lexington, NC is $82,000 -
$96,400. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget
and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and
qualifications.
