Job Description:
Micro-Dyn is on a mission to simplify claims grouping, editing,
pricing, and processing for stakeholders across the healthcare
system. We are investor-backed (private equity), with opportunity
for significant growth, including through acquisitions.
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this

Micro-Dyn has a 30+ year history of profitability and a strong
reputation with our customers and in the market. The role of Head
of Finance will be pivotal to the long-term growth and success of
the business. The candidate will work directly with the President
and Co-Chairman of the company, collaborating with the Executive
Team, to spearhead all aspects of the Finance function. You will
own strategic finance and planning, board meeting preparation,
FP&A, accounts payable, and other finance-related operations.
Initially, you will be a team of one supported by an outsourced
accounting service and internal administrative/project management
staff, with the opportunity to build out the finance function as we
continue to scale.
Location:
Based in Wilmington, DE / the Greater Philadelphia area or the
Greater Charlotte area. Open to hybrid and remote working models.
Requires some travel.
