--Position: Construction Project Manager

--Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a growing and established company. This person will be responsible for traveling to projects onsite at various locations and coordinating with the project team, clients, and other personnel to execute an effective project. You will be the single point of contact for clients and will be responsible for collaborating with them to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner. This person will have a strong background in Construction Management, Mechanical Trades, Industrial HVAC processes and project management.

Job Requirements

--Requirements:

--Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Project Management within related field.

--Background in Commercial and Industrial Construction, and Industrial HVAC Systems.

--Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Business Management in Construction, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred or 7 years experience in related field.

--Knowledge of Industrial HVAC components required (Plumbing/piping, sheet metal fabrication, HVAC systems ventilation, air, heating, cooling towers, chiller plants..)

--OSHA 30 certification required.

--Knowledge of construction builds and codes blueprints and schematics required.

--Mission Critical experience preferred.

--Proficient with Word, Excel, Project Management software preferred.

--Must be comfortable with overnight travel.
