A company is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to oversee and
optimize online retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain e-commerce websites, ensuring they are current
and functional
Oversee order processing and inventory management for timely
fulfillment
Manage customer service inquiries and gather feedback for process
improvements
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related
field
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and
WordPress
Knowledge of online marketplace management including Amazon and
Walmart
Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and data-driven
decision-making
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
