Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a divisional sales and marketing strategy to
meet growth goals
Build and maintain relationships with church partners and industry
clients
Collaborate with divisional leadership to identify targeted growth
areas and implement best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Must reside in South or North Carolina
3 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or recruiting,
preferably in the multifamily industry
Experience with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and Asana
Background in customer service, marketing, or business operations
is preferred
