Define the long-term vision for the onboarding domain, ensuring a
user-focused experience
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an engineering manager leading teams of 5+
engineers
Hands-on experience with modern programming languages, particularly
Rust or TypeScript
Experience designing and maintaining scalable systems with a focus
on reliability
Strong experience managing teams in a remote-first environment
A deep passion for crypto and blockchain technologies
