Job Description:
A company is looking for a Material Manager to oversee
procurement, inventory, and logistics for residential interior
design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the procurement and inventory of materials for renovation
projects
Coordinate with vendors and construction teams to ensure timely
availability of materials
Partner with clients and designers to ensure materials meet design
specifications and budgets
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in
Construction Management or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in the renovation or construction
industry
2+ years of experience in sales
Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building
codes
Experience in residential or commercial renovation projects
preferred
