A company is looking for a Manager Customer Insights & Data
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer usage data to identify sales and expansion
opportunities
Lead efforts to acquire and assess data quality for strategic
decision-making
Engage with stakeholders to deliver impactful insights and improve
data infrastructure
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics,
or Computer Science
8 years or more of experience as a big-data analyst in a Fortune
500 company or management consulting
Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, R, SAS, or other statistical
packages
1 year or more of experience in the transportation/logistics
industry is preferred
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
