As a pediatric hospice social worker, you will be responsible for psychosocial evaluations, ongoing counsel, bereavement services and community education outreach.   Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work EducationLicensure: Current state license as a social workerExperience: 2+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospiceRequired: Reliable transportation.
