Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: ICU Job Duration: 13
weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Guaranteed Hours:
Experience: Currently considering candidates with 2 years of
experience in large hospitals License: Active license required
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Comfort working in
all ICU and PCU units Job Description: - Work as a Resource Pool RN
for ICU/PCU units - Flexibility to work across various ICU and PCU
units as needed - Patient ratios: ICU 2:1 and PCU 5:1 - Required to
work at least one holiday per season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New
Year) - Complete non-billable modules within the first 24 hours of
NBO, with allotted time for orientation and Epic modules -
Orientation includes 24 hours Candidates living within 100 miles
from the facility are considered local and are not accepted, with
exceptions for Inpatient RNs based on a 50-mile radius rule.
COVID-19 and flu vaccines are required, with exemptions for medical
or religious reasons. Return travelers must have been gone for one
year before returning. Compliance documents are due by the
Wednesday preceding the start of work.
