All Medical Personnel - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina.Job Description & Requirements

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: TravelMinimum Experience: 1 year of RN experience (first-time travelers are not accepted)
  Certifications:
  BLS (Basic Life Support)
  EPIC experience (electronic health records)
  Skills & Tasks:
  Interpretation of lab results
  Medication reconciliation
  Patient Health Questionnaires, history, allergies, vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.)
  Dressing changes, aseptic/sterile procedure trays setup
  Phlebotomy, clean catch urine, throat cultures
  Telephone triage, pharmacy calls, and refill requests
  Neurological assessments (CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, etc.)
  Patient Conditions:
  Patients with specialized rehab needs such as:
  Stroke
  Aneurysm
  Post-operative recovery (including surgical patients)
  Generalized debility
  *No Locals excepted
  *Must float between sites
