• 1 year to partnership; 3 years to ownership in the endoscopy center
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment; 20 days of PTO plus holidays

• Join 6 gastroenterologists in the group
• Monday through Friday work schedule with a call of 1:7
• General GI role; advanced endoscopic skills aren't needed
• Strong primary care referral base
• 30% clinical and 70% endoscopy; weekly admin time
