Supervisor to join fast-paced production environment in Hamlet, NC.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the
plant delivering key performance indicators (safety, quality,
production and cost). Maintain documentation on employee
performance and accountability to drive performance. Ensure a safe
working environment is established and maintained. Enforce good
housekeeping standards. Provide direction to team regarding duties
and goals. Ensure paperwork & status reporting are completed timely
and accurately Ensure daily and consistent communications and shift
meetings. Perform work assigned by Production Manager to ensure
successful operation. Maintain documentation on employee
performance and accountability to drive performance.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
Associates degree preferred.Must be able to work in outdoor
environments and occasionally in temperatures above 100 degrees and
below 32 degrees?Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold and
