Job position description:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience. - - - -
• Have knowledge of retirement industry products and services. - - - -
• Be able to provide prompt, accurate and courteous response to customers. - - - -
• Display Active listening and superior customer service skills for both internal and external customers. - - - -
• Solve routine and complex problems. - - - -
• Adhere to work schedule.
  
  Shift: Monday through Friday, 9a to 6p or Monday through Friday 11a to 6p
