The main function of a Customer Experience Researcher is to collaborate closely with cross-functional counterparts in Product Management, Design, Web Development, Marketing and Engineering to influence key strategy and execution decisions.

    Position's Contributions to Work Group:
    • Role as Embedded Researcher assisting BCP to maintain the research project connectivity required to propagate actionable insights. Several projects listed below have passed through EO Review and require the highest level of attention, quality, and support due to Executive visibility.
    • Retail Mystery Shop, Retail Brand Visual Identity, Retail Assessments capture in Qualtrics for Retail Development Consultants, EAME Customer Needs, Customer Journey Mapping and Persona Development, National Offer VOC, BHL Lost Sales Project, Telehandler VOD, and propagating quarterly insights from CX measurement programs.
      Typical Day or Week in the Role
      • Research scoping - conduct strategic conversations to translate business questions into research questions and recommended methodologies for research
      • External vendor management on research execution
      • Questionnaire writing and programming
      • Sample definition/acquisition
      • Data analysis
      • Dashboard creation
      • Report creation
        Skills
        • Must have excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
        • Ability to fulfill individual role by delivering high quality work in a timely manner while interacting with and supporting the team effectively
        • Project facilitation and consensus building
        • Technical competence (various software /platforms such as Qualtrics)
        • Project management
        • Survey design
        • Primary research data analysis
        • Storytelling - interpret data to develop insights
        • Expert written and oral communication skills
