In addition to your base compensation, this position also offers: - - - - - - - - - - $3.50 for days, 5.00 nights, and $8.00 for weekends for Shift differential - - - - - - - - - Competitive paid time off and extended illness bank package for full-time employees - - - - - - - - - - Tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, and 401(k) matching - - - - - - - - - - - Employee assistance program, including mental, physical, and financial wellness - - - - - - - - - - Professional development and growth opportunitiesQualifications and requirements - - - - - - - - - Current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. - - - - - - - - - Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire. - - - - - - - - - PALS Certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire - - - - - - - - - Minimum Requirements: - - - - - - - - - Successful Completing the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school is required. - - - - - - - - - You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. - - - - - - - - - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire. - - - - - - - - - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions. - - - - - - - - - A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required.
