Job Description:
A company is looking for a ML Quality Process Lead - Japanese,
Customer Engagement Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Review and adjust annotations to ensure high-quality data for model
improvement
Conduct root cause analysis on annotations to enhance data
accuracy
Support ML model training data annotations and improve Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Japanese (Native-level) and English
Experience in managing ML annotation processes and quality
assurance methodologies
Ability to identify misalignments between annotations and SOPs
Strong ownership to meet SLAs and communicate proactively
Bachelor's Degree preferred
