Recruit, train, and lead a team of Account Executives focused on
in-person payments products
Develop long-term vision and strategy for the team while managing
day-to-day operations
Create go-to-market plans and collaborate cross-functionally to
shape products and solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years in people
management
Experience in sales and operations in a high-growth technology
environment
Proven track record in new business sales or customer upselling
roles
Experience building and leading high-performing teams in a matrix
environment
Ability to manage change and thrive in a dynamic environment
