Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Account and Fundraising
Strategist to create digital marketing strategies for nonprofit
organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and deploy fundraising and engagement email campaigns
while managing audience segmentation and troubleshooting
deliverability issues
Track and analyze performance metrics, create custom reports, and
assist in donor file segmentation
Support the development of fundraising strategies and collaborate
with teams to align creative with data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in digital fundraising, direct response
marketing, or email production
Experience with nonprofit CRM or email platforms such as Engaging
Networks or Salesforce
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other reporting tools
Understanding of email deliverability best practices and A/B
testing methodologies
Strong data analysis skills with experience in spreadsheets and
trend interpretation
