Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Dispatch Coordinator
responsible for managing service requests and optimizing resource
utilization.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules of remote and field technical resources and
create service requests
Monitor and escalate support tickets related to technical solutions
and ensure effective communication with customers
Report on resource utilization and assist in ensuring prompt
entries for time and expenses
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Prior experience in a Managed Services environment with knowledge
of support tools and techniques
2-4 years of customer service experience
Ability to match technical resources to appropriate technical
issues
Positive attitude and self-motivated with the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
Typing skills for quick and accurate entry of service request
details
