Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Support Specialist to assist
service professionals with payment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding payment
issues, including account security and high-risk transactions
Assist with account reconciliation and provide best practices for
account security and chargeback prevention
Collaborate with engineering, product, and risk teams to
troubleshoot technical errors and high-risk account activities
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer support, account management, or
sales
Experience with Salesforce and Stripe or other merchant service
providers
Tech support experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
