We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to support our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care that promotes independence and dignity.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility, including transfers and ambulation.---
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.---
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to supervisors.---
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence to care plans.---Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.---
  • Previous experience in personal care or related field preferred.---
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.---
  • Ability to handle physical aspects of caregiving, including lifting and mobility assistance.---
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.---
