Job Description:
Description:When something breaks, do you love to get in there &
figure out a fix? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel
Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Hotel Repair
& Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining
and repairing our hotel facilities and equipment to ensure a safe,
comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Maintenance Person Responsibilities Include:Perform and maintain
work to local, state, and Federal codesPerform repairs in a timely
and efficient manner in a way that minimizes guest
disruptionConduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to
identify potential issues and address them proactivelyDiagnose and
troubleshoot problems with hotel equipment and systemsRepair and
replace broken or malfunctioning parts and equipmentMaintain a
clean and safe work environmentMaintain indoor pool to be in
compliance with health codesSnow RemovalKeep parking lot and
outdoor areas free of litterCommunicate effectively with hotel
management and staff
