Job Title: Systems Quality Assurance Analyst


Location: Charlotte, NC On-Site


Duration: 13+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement


Job Description:

As a Systems Quality Assurance Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and executing moderately complex initiatives in the Systems Quality Assurance (QA) space. This role involves consulting on and contributing to the planning and execution of systems QA deliverables and tackling moderately complex QA challenges. You will be responsible for analyzing these challenges, evaluating multiple variables, and contributing to their resolution, ensuring compliance with QA standards, policies, and procedures. This position requires close collaboration with client personnel to meet quality assurance objectives and goals.


Key Responsibilities:


--- Systems Quality Assurance Initiatives: Support the development and execution of QA deliverables, helping address moderately complex issues.
--- Problem Analysis and Resolution: Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of QA challenges and contribute to the resolution of issues.
--- Client Collaboration: Work closely with client personnel to provide insights and achieve QA objectives effectively.
--- Compliance: Ensure QA practices align with established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:


--- Experience: 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent experience gained through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Skills:


--- UAT Testing: Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
--- Jira: Familiarity with Jira is a plus, though not required.
This role is ideal for candidates with a solid QA background and collaborative skills, with a plus for UAT and Jira experience.
