Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Launch Consultant in
Energy Efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process tools,
templates, and training materials
Support data analytics and reporting to measure the performance of
launch projects
Participate in launching programs to support over-capacity regions
and provide training to launch managers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering,
environmental science, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in a similar role focused on
standardization documents and data analytics
1-2 years of experience in managing complex program startups or
product launches in the energy efficiency industry is a plus
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel,
Power BI)
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a
plus
