Job Description:

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets through inbound and outbound calls to customers
Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services
Maintain the sales leads database and follow established sales processes

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of sales experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus
Able to learn complex billing systems and interpret various documents
